Thank you so much for the best little guy anyone could ever ask for.  Pirate is the perfect companion dog and is clearly the smartest dog ever.  He just turned 3 years old on September 10..  I look back at your site often because I just can't believe how lucky we were to find you. 

  I don't know if you are interested in pictures of dogs from past placements, but Pirate's summer 2007 picture is attached. He is very happy in our Cleveland suburb.  We set up exercise pens linked together to give Pirate the run of the entire yard. He can easily jump the three foot barrier but only has once and cried until our neighbor put him back on the correct side.  He prefers to guard the back door and chase rabbits off the property.  He has a friendly golden retriever from down the street that sometimes opens the gate, but Pirate won't leave the yard when the retriever goes home.  Of course we spend all our time outside with him whenever the weather is to his liking so he knows where he belongs.

  Originally, Pirate was purchased to be "my" dog, but as soon as my father saw him he fell in love.  He cradles Pirate in his arms and sings him songs.  Pirate now sleeps with my parents because I got married and had to leave Pirate at home.  My parents are considering getting a King size bed just so Pirate will have more room.  Its amazing and wonderful how this little dog has crawled into our hearts. 

  Hopefully, I will contact you in a year or two to invest in another little puppy for my husband and I, as my parents could never part with Pirate now.

  This was a long email, but I just cannot express my thanks for the wonderful job you do loving and breeding these amazing dogs. Pirate has changed the life of everyone he has met.
