This following agreement is between Paula Clark (Breeder), hereafter referred to as "Seller" And , hereafter referred to as Purchaser".

Seller guarantees puppy to be in good health. We guaranteed puppy for one year, from date of Purchase. If your veterinarian should find a life threatening hereditary disorder, you must supply seller within 7 days of diagnosis, with your veterinarian’s written report.

We reserve the right to have any diagnosis verified by a veterinarian of our choice. This means the Puppy must be returned to Seller. All replacements will be made upon availability and for the same value, unless buyer pays the difference.

No Cash Refunds or Refunds on Shipping. All liabilities of this dog/puppy are purchaser's responsibilities and at no time will Buckeye Paws be held Responsible for any accidents, abuse, or neglect.

All future liabilities and Veterinarian bills will be the buyer’s responsibility.

We don’t guarantee against adult size, conformation or trainability.

We don’t guarantee against Alopecia. (Skin Problems)

A licensed Veterinarian must check puppy within 48 hors from date of purchase/received to activate this agreement.

All puppies have had their vaccinations and worming in accordance to age.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We feed Purina One. If you decide to change food, please do so gradually to prevent any upset to puppy’s stomach, which might cause diarrhea that could lead to dehydration. We don’t guarantee puppies against this.
